The purpose of this Scope of Work is to construct and refurbish parts of the existing land port to improve
the processing of traffic, customer experience, workplace improvement and raising the profile of ZATCA
# Building works: including refurbishment and construction of new buildings, cabins / booths, offices, toilet
blocks, canopy works, car parking shades, staff welfare facilities, welcome gates, and demolition of
unused buildings
# Roadworks including repairing the existing flexible and rigid pavements, construction of new pavement,
road marking and signage, wayfinding signage and walkway works. Traffic management to be provided.

# Roles and responsibilities:
# Supervision the engineering and technical design of mechanical engineering projects, such as HVAC,
plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems, and infrastructure Networks.
# Managing liaison and coordination between the various types of engineers working on the site
#Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide professional guidance regarding mechanical construction aspects.
Project: Hap Town (110 feddans Built-up Area) Residential and Commercial with Leed Requirements (1.6 Billion EGP), (Mech scope 210 million EGP) #A residential and commercial project consisting of 18 clusters, 150 villas, a commercial mall, a recreational area, houses of worship and a sports club, its mechanics work includes firefighting networks, firefighting pump rooms, HVAC systems, irrigation pump rooms, sewage and storm networks with Leed and Green Building Requirements. #Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized. They communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, t organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers. Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Project: Bahr Albaqar Water treatment Plant (5000, 000 m³/Day) (1.2 Billion USD), (Mech scope 820 Billion USD) # The largest plant for the treatment of agricultural and sewage water in the world, With Budget 1 bn $ registered in the Guinness Book of Records®, and it has the largest ozone sterilization station in the world. # Roles and responsibilities: #Materials Approvals: #Determine all required material approval submissions. #Prepare all Shop Drawing for Piping Networks, Pumps and Equipment for Approvals from Project Consultant. #Establish, maintain and monitor the implementation of a Materials Approvals Submission Schedule. #Establish and maintain a Materials Approvals Log. #Ensure the timely compilation and review for adequacy of all required Information, samples and the like prior to submission for approval. #Ensure any materials not receiving approval are resubmitted with supplementary data or as alternative materials as appropriate. #Temporary Works Design #Establish, maintain and monitor the implementation of a suitably robust Temporary works procedure, including co -ordination of design briefs, design and checking functions, inspection and certification of safe construction, Maintenance use dismantling of temporary works and records
Project: Opera house of Administrative Capital (22 Billion EGP), (Mech scope 4.5 Billion EGP) # Roles and responsibilities: # Review design and Implementation of Mega HVAC system (5300 TR) district cooling include: Pipe shop fabrication for chilled water plant and underground chilled water district cooling network (around 35000 inches of welding joints). # Supervise of Installation for 5 chillers with Capacity 1225 TR each. # Coordinate with technical office to make sure about the right implementation of the shop drawings on site. # Coordinate with QC team and consultant engineers to insure all systems as per ITP. # Supervise sub-contractor and labors to ensure all safety and quality requirements are applied in all site activities. # Installation of equipment as per actual location such as (fan coil units. Study received Design and vendor list to make submittal and Shop drawings in order to be
approved by the consultant.
Review the priorities of working with the documents and confirm this by official letters by the
consultant to be an important paper when disputes occur.
Monitoring the procurement of the project regarding the quality of the materials required
for the project.
Preparing the necessary documents, analyzing prices and quantifying new items outside the
scope of the contract.
Prepare the necessary documents to raise the fines of delay, if any.
Design and Built of HVAC Systems That Include (HVAC Load Calculation, Sizing of Duct, Sizing of Chilled Water Piping, Sizing and Selection of Chillers and Flow Calculation for Chilled Water Pumps.
