My duties includes providing information to the customer about his/her related problem and query regarding the tracking services and update the information through filing a trouble ticket against there complains, giving them information about new tariff planes and our new security packages and providing them a complete customer services through :
Good Communication and Convincing skills.
Excellent Problem Solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency on Customer Services related software Such as CRM and Client Fleet.

contact shipper in origin and coordinate regarding to the SOP'S to be fulfilled.
make a quotation for consignee and coordinate on the confirmation of business.
once it done, forward it to operation department and assist the consignee and shipper on the follow up regarding to the pick up address, frequency, transit time from shipping lines, ETD and ETA correspondence was a part of my responsibility.
