Responsible for overseeing Plant Manufacturing operations in Shifts managing a team of 30.
Daily Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Jobs
Implement improvement actions generated as a result of departmental and HSE improvement plan in accordance with given timelines.
Cost control over revenue expenditures on materials and resources so that Department and Business targets on budgets are achieved
Human Resource Management by supervising a team of management and non-management staff and implementation of their career plans.
Looking after the plant instrumentation along with the smooth running of plant DCS system
Preventive / Corrective maintenance of Stand alone control systems running on Siemens S7-200 and S7-300 PLCs
Managing the implementation of Plant improvement projects, modification in the existing instrumentation and electrical design. This includes changes in the existing system, addition of new instrument loops and electrical equipment to rectify operational problems and upgrading of the system.
Coordinating with the Different functions of the Plant such as production, workshops, Projects and contractual staff to carry out the maintenance Jobs
Assisting in the PM and CM routines of Electrical and Instrumentation
Develop E&I design for different plant modifications
Develop understanding of the PROVOX and DELTA-V DCS system at the Plant
Develop understanding of the Plant instrumentation
Assist in HSE related activities assuring compliance and maintaining file records for internal/external audits
