• Understand business needs, gathering and defining detailed requirements that serve the business requirements with attention to details and translating it to user requirement/technical specifications.
• You are responsible to ensure excellent customer experience for products/services launched by conducting user centric design and usability tests.
• Work with the cross-functional teams to roll out new products on a timely manner.
• Develop products descriptions, establish product policies and best practices for pre-sales and post-sales processes, including product presentation materials and conduct product training to stakeholders.
• Your responsibility will also include performance management to ensure operational excellence and product life cycle of the launched products/services.
• Report to the Head on project deliveries status and other day-to-day tasks.
• You are required to innovate, create and develop systems/services that will generate positive revenue. This would include new service conception, putting up the product for approval through the appropriate forums and product development and setting up the associated processes to make the product launch possible.
• Identify and evaluate new products and services in line with overall company direction to meet customers’ growing demands, to address roadmap objectives and to achieve innovation.
• Develop, implement reports and compiling the information to monitor the operation effective and provide solution to the operation, in an accurate and timely manner.
• Business area integrated with solutions for Project and Portfolio Management.
• Support franchise operations Projects & Development Manager with architect knowledge
• Secure standardization in the system solutions across end-customers within S&D
• Ad hoc task assigned from time to time as project administrator Support project closing process and assists Project Manager.
• Provide visibility to regions on Commissioning.
