Organize the inventory in the most efficient and accessible manner to ensure that inventory can be reached
and shipped quickly.
Minimizing shrinkage by ensuring that inventory is not stolen, destroyed, lost or counted incorrectly.
Responsible for control project inventory in various locations, ensuring sufficient stock available at all
times providing reports to division managers
Ensure orders are schedule and issue on time by communicating regularly with operations
Manage day to day delivery planning activities.
Managing best flow racks storage process and system, maintain & manage floor load and lead time.
Maintain cycle count scheduled, investigate and resolve discrepancies, reconcile figures with GL and
report to the financial auditors
Report on time in full figures to Management on a monthly basis and work identifies areas and solutions
for improvement.
