I have worked as a purchase assistant in Nad Al Sheba Private Club (Govt. of Dubai) since Oct 2013 till Feb 2017. My responsibility here receiving requests from the end user, recording, supplier registration, inquiry, request for quotation, negotiations and follow up with vendors, evaluation, creating purchase order, receiving vehicle and checking conditions, test driving, documentation, summarizing, reporting, scanning documents, archiving, payment process etc. These are all processing through ERP (MS Dynamics - Procurement & Sourcing) system
