• Billing & Coordinate with sale staff and credit control department to clear bills accounts
• Stock Management in the Local Warehouse by MSL.
• Reporting Stock to the Staff Sale Persons and Merchandisers.
• Reports to Top management for day to day Dealer Accounts Billing & stock movement report.
• Prepares / Submit & Follow up PRS & GV claims of power and souk dealers
• Coordinate with warehouse in all location Dubai / Abu Dhabi /Jabel Ali for stock updates.
• Handling / Recording / Reporting petty cash for Al-Ain Branch Office
• Handling customers & dealers calls at Branch Office
• Coordinate with local Service center to resolve customer’s issues.
• Providing General administrative support to staff.
• Reporting & Analyzing on monthly sales report.
• Performs daily backups on office computer system
• ERP reporting of billing & accounts for power dealers & small dealer
• Filling & maintaining records of Internal Memo’s & LPO’s
• Maintaining & update Al-Ain Branch office / warehouse staff records
• Camp Boss at local company accommodation in Al-Ain.
• Participates in educational activities and attends monthly staff meetings.
