Job Description:
• A key member of executive supporting team to capitalise sales growth and marketing activities of sales promotions planning and executions.
• Good practice performance to stimulate sales and handle promotional supplies of marketing goods, assure quality scientific standard of sales promotional materials.
• Dispatches of scientific promotional goods to all sales field force north, central and south region.
• Responsible for managing scientific warehouse of sales promotional materials,
maintained health and safety standards, agreement, contracts and supplies.
• Hiring and supervise sales persons to establish and maintained target.
• Create innovation and new marketing promotional techniques on e-marketing, print and media marketing.
• Strong command over to reduce expenses and handle vendors.
• Directly interact with corporate clients to boost up sales.
To serve a key member for developing and supporting Project of Sales Promotional Materials of Sanofi Aventis 625 sales peoples and 25 marketing respective staff.
Handling all sales team across Pakistan north, central and south to resolves sales and distributions problems of sales promotional stuff implemented effective promotional strategies, trained a high-performance sales team and helped boost corporate image.
Handling marketing campaigns to facilitate marketing department.
• Direct operational setup and promotional warehouse with transport to dispatches sales promotional goods, (PGI’s, Literature, Medical Tools and Physician Samples) allocated by marketing department on daily basis.
• Managing suppliers/vendors to give them orders and approved samples of sales promotional goods.
• Be part on productivity workshops and generate ideas, administrating sales force.
• Supporting to Product Manager for PGI’S and new innovative and scientific sales tools.
• Reporting to Director Marketing and Sales Director Sales on monthly basis.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing coordinators and FGW staff for daily actives and getting updates of all filed force locations and contact information.
Part of GSK respiratory division for asthmatic products Ventoline and Seretide, Handling HCPs and delivering the quality use of medicine (QuM) to manage problem which is part of healthcare professional daily practices. Monitor south territory of Karachi city.
• Positively execution on sales targets of assigned location.
