Preparing annual departmental audit plans and getting singed off by various department
heads
• Preparing and executing annual stock and store audit plans
• Coordinating and assisting external auditors for annual external audits
• Conducting annual audits of Logistics (warehouse, stock transfers, stock adjustments etc.)
• Conducting annual audits of Human resource (payroll, end of service benefits, telephone &
airfare, biometrics, employee records etc.)
• Conducting annual audits of Projects assets
• Conducting annual IT control audits with respect to system restrictions, access provided
and IT assets verification.
• Conducting annual audits of procurement / marketing (rate cards, quotations, work
requested vs work done till finalization of payment)
• Conducting Bank reconciliation, Cash Collections and Petty Cash audits
• Special assignments assigned by management
• Report writing with executive summary for senior management

• Human Resource (payroll, biometrics, airfares, telephone, employee records)
• Medical Insurance (claim processes and market benefits vs. premium paid)
