•Worked as lead role in site management team with GE under the sponsorship of MSK Contracting in southern region of Saudi Arabia with Saudi Electricity Company as client.
•As a Construction Manager with the support of project team is responsible for successful execution/delivery of assigned project(s) on-time, within budget, as per Contract Agreement, with on- quality & safety framework of GE.

•Was responsible for planning work and ensuring a contract is delivered on time.
•Arranged delivery of materials and managing a range of subcontractors.

•Inspection and Witnessing of erection and installation of (132KV, 13.8KV) control and protection panels, 380KV, 132KV indoor GIS, 13.8KV and 33KV SWGR, outgoing feeders, LCC panels RTCC panels, Capacitor bank, LVAC Panels ACDB, EDB, LSDB, HV, LV, CONTROL CABLES Laying and termination, INDOOR AND OUTDOOR Lighting, SCADA and Communication system, Earthling and Fire alarm controls and OHTL, HVA and Plumbing Work.
•Witness and Inspection for the installation of 50/67MVA ONAN/ONAF Power Transformers 132/13.8KV, 5OOKVA Station Service Transformers, NER, 120KV Outdoor station class surge arrestors & 132KV station post insulators, shielding system.
•Witness and supervising of Cable tray system, 132KV XLPE (1x630sq.mm/phase) Cable laying and termination. 13.8KV XLPE (3x300sq.mm/phase) cable laying and termination.
•Preparing Method of statement and Inspection & Test Plan for MEP works.
•Carryout inspections and to insure closure of Quality Action Notice (QAN) and Non Conformance Report (NCR) as per project's procedures.
•Participating in the weekly progress meetings and Quality meetings with all parties to discuss progress, quality issues and non-conformances related to the project.
•Monitor all MEP related documents' logs and coordinate with document control for continuous updates.
•Supervision of the project and coordination between CSD and contractor’s T&C Engineers to ensure that the testing and commissioning procedures are carried out as effectively and efficiently as possible.
•Insure that all works are done as per PTS (project Technical specifications), SOW (scope of work) and SEC- standards & approved drawings using approved materials.
•Performed to Review of OHTL & Substation base design prepared by the Contractor as per Saudi Electric Company specification.
•To ensure that the work performed for a particular project is within scope.
•Check the Contractor Technical submittal regarding Plan & Profile, Sag and Tension calculation, Conductor selection, OPGW (metallic part), Insulator, Surge Arrester, Capacitor Voltage, Transformer and Terminal Compound in line with Saudi Electric Company specification.
•Check design drawings, specifications and shop drawings of the project to insure the results indicated are being achieved well.
•Arrange Electrical punch list and follow all stages of clearance and energizing.

•Worked with Project Manager for Installation and commissioning of Gas turbine frame 7EA GE make and electrical distribution system, substation, and electrical facilities like HT/LT Motors, UPS, Electrical Heaters, Fire Alarm system, HVAC etc.
•Implemented a number of small on-site modifications to boost power plants production in addition to running a number of field development projects using outside contractors.
•Lead Engineer on various projects for requiring design-office support to modify or provide additional control systems.

•To carry out internal and client inspections and supervision of electrical works in a specified area consisting of 8 GT’s including erection, testing & commissioning of GE make 62MVA generators units, Turbine accessory compartment, GSU & distribution transformers, 13.8kV segregated bus duct, Aux. system motors, GNAC, GLAC, Cooling water modules, Wash water skids, CO2 skids, Fuel management system and misc. systems & equipment, grounding grid and duct banks installations.
•To review and implement the drawings of GE make AC & DC MCC’s, Generator and GSU transformer protection & control panels, Aux. transformer protection panels, GEDAC and Powercon make 13.8kV Unit switchgears, 13.8kV Station switchgears, ABB make LV switchgears, and LV DB’s and Siemens make crude oil heater panels, To supervise and witness the changes implementation in panels and red-mark drawings
•To supervise and witness the erection, termination, secondary & primary injection testing and commissioning of above panels and equipment.

•Preparation sample transformer for approval to Water and power development authority (WAPDA) Design office under supervision
•Checking the quality and visual examination after completing the manufacturing process and offer to buyer/Wapda inspector for final inspection.

•To test witnessed the all types test (high voltage, short circuit, impulse voltage test) of instrument and distribution transformer at high voltage and short circuit lab at Rawat jointly deputy director (design and material) Wapda.
•To test witnessed the accuracy type tests of current transformers at research and test lab Faisalabad jointly deputy director (design and material) Wapda.
•Checking the quality and performing the tests (high voltage test, insulation test, operation system check) of switch gear (L.T panel, H.T panel, A.C.B, V.C.B and O.C.B) according to buyer specification.
