Site Clients and Consultant, preparation of technical submittals of landscape, hardscape & irrigation.  Monitoring & Inspection of ongoing construction activities coordination meeting with Client and Consultant Plants production, propagation & multiplication of all types of shrubs, ground covers, grasses, succulents, vegetables, herbal & indoor plants in green net & green houses.  Installation of automatic Irrigation system in nursery, installation of greenhouse structures.

• Managing farms of growing cash crops, vegetables, fruits & plantation crops with commercial acumen including nursery
management. Devising strategy for production & marketing of farm products. Providing training to farm in-charges &
supervisors about technical know - how with tactical plans

To design different landscape and irrigation project and their construction, monitoring and implementation
Project planning, scheduling, project management and preparation of recommendations
Preparation of complete landscape master plans, presentations, preliminary landscape design proposals and detailed landscape drawings, as per architectural standards design practices
Selection of Landscape Plants and their maintenance.
Made site visits and complete supervision of landscape execution and maintenance

• Communication with the project team, Client, Consultants and Contractors with respect to design and construction works on
• Support the GM to manage the landscape implementation of projects as per time, cost and quality expectations as per
contracts and client expectations.
• Preparation of monthly, weekly landscape progress estimation reports, presentations as required by the Client.
• Communicate with project parties including attending the meetings for progress, regular site walks and workshops.
• Ensures that tests and inspections are performed, witnessed, and documented in accordance with approved procedures.
• Reviewing submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements, and
international best practices.

Principle Function:
Co-ordinate agricultural extension activities within designated district.
Administrative:
To create and update inventories of staff, vehicles, office and equipment.
To administer movement and maintenance of vehicles allocated.
Identify needs for office and field equipment and ensure procurement of these.
To administrate finance and seek additional funds when necessary; to draw and disburse funds as needed.
Managerial:
To supervise office and field staff, through scheduled inspection visits.
To coordinate Planning Meeting where mandated as Chairperson/Coordinator.
To coordinate Research-Extension Coordination Meeting and any other district meeting as required.
To cooperate and strengthen links with other line departments and any other NGOs/projects activity.
Technical:
Formation water use association, through community organization construction of infrastructure scheme such as water channel, water harvesting structure, water lifting devices, terrace walls, protection bonds, and installation of tube wells.
To facilitate the farmers to conserve water through application of drip, sprinkler irrigation system.
Environment protection techniques and beautification of natural environment, establishment of Parks, integrated nutrients management and integrated pest management practices to farmers and field staff.
Establishments of fruit plants and vegetables nurseries for propagation of quality fruits and vegetables.
Reporting, Monitoring and record keeping:
Assistance in preparing seasonal calendar, activities, maintenance of office premises, equipment, inventory and respective up gradation on timely basis and keep track of pertinent files and records.
Compile and submit records from field staff and compile Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Progress and Work Plans as required.
Compile and submit monthly, quarterly financial reports, update community groups records and inputs supplier records.
