Assist in Preparation of Annual Budgets as per the Company’s budgeting policies and timelines. and year-end audit, working closely with the external Financial auditors,
Communicating with Bank relating to Loans, Notes Payable, and LC etc.
Preparing Product Costing with respect to Product design based on budgeted overheads and capacity usage
Prepare, analyse and report monthly Material, Process Cost & Margin analysis by product by customer
Analysing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs & Report on Standard cost variances and it’s causes
Preparing annual Cost Estimates for the budgets and forecasting process.
Periodically updating Machine -Hour -Rate and budgeted overhead expenses
Regularly Check master data (BOM & Routing) & inform planning to make required adjustment.
Monitors cycle count program, valuing shop floor which ensures that physical quantities are matching with the system quantities.
Prepare the Monthly Material & Process Cost statement and Reconciliation of Cost Accounts vs. Financial Accounts & Financial Budget
Ensure all costing information has been documented, reviewed and accurate
Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, and analyse inventory evaluation.
Analyzes Current and past financial data and performance
Prepare reports and projections based on analysis
Evaluates capital expend ire and depreciations
Computing Product Batch costing with agreed Plant activity
Maintain & Updating overhead allocation rate for production work centres
Regularly Review & adjusting materials Price master.
Monitoring actual vs. budget & standard costing reports & variance analysis
