• Preparation of detailed schedule of all activities, budgets and time frame for all different activities of project.
• Ensuring continues flow of works at site.
• Estimation and cost analysis for all activities of project.
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
• Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification
• Monitoring and inspecting the work of sub contractors, labors and other third parties.
• Preparing and maintaining daily bills and other documents.
• Internship at askri five multistory building projects under project directorate of Pakistan army.
• Three weeks internship at hostel building construction under the project directorate of Mehran University.
