Served as Projects QHSE Manager at Al Yamama Company for Jafura Pipelines and ISF Division at Jafura and Safaniyah Site Preparation projects, overseeing ground improvement, civil, structural, and remote header construction activities. Managed the implementation and maintenance of Saudi Aramco Safety Management System, ISO OHSMS, QMS and ISO EMS compliance, and fleet safety protocols including vehicle inspection programs, driver competency training, journey management, and safe equipment mobilization. Ensured adherence to Saudi Aramco CSM, CSSP, HIP, ERP, and delivered HSE training for WPR, WPI, engineers, drivers, and site personnel to promote an integrated safety culture across projects and fleet operations.

I served as Area (Corporate) HSE Manager at Saad Ali AlEssa Group in Saudi Arabia, I was responsible for the implementation of HSEM systems on Saudi Aramco Oil and Gas projects including Maintain Potential at Southern and Northern), South Ghawar, Rastanura and Haradh.

Projects with Saudi Aramco include the construction of pipelines, manifolds, maintenance of well heads and pipeline rehabilitation, etc. Successful in the administration of Saudi Aramco Construction Safety Manual requirements (CSM), including regular external and internal audits of HSEMS and leading the team of 50 plus HSE professionals to perform at their best in providing excellent services for maintaining the Saudi Aramco Health Safety & Environmental Management System.

I delivered valuable services at Al Robaya Holding Company, contributing to the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management Systems across multiple Saudi Aramco projects, including OMPP-SA1, SA2, SA3, SAOUPD, GUPD and Sea Water Injection Department. These projects encompassed a diverse scope of work, such as Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), Mechanical Equipment Installation, Modular Skid Installation, and RTU Shelter Installation.

At Saudi KAD LLC, I served as an HSE Supervisor in the Eastern Province for the OPMMD project, overseeing the construction of oil and water wells, as well as drill sites. My primary responsibility was the implementation and enforcement of the Health and Safety Management System to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. As part of this project, the Safety Department mandated the installation of Tag Bas PWAS (Proximity Warning Alert Systems) on all earth-moving equipment to enhance operational safety and minimize potential hazards.

I engaged in the Jabal Omer Development Project (JODP) at Nesma & Partners and Jacob Zate Offices Preparation Project for overseeing health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices across high-rise building construction, as well as civil, mechanical, and electrical works. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, mitigating risks, and promoting a safe working environment throughout all phases of the project.

• Progressed from Safety Officer to Safety Supervisor at LTD (HRL), demonstrating strong leadership in health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance.
