Leading a team of Java Developers, identifying and assigning tasks to the team as well as mentoring and guiding
them technically.
• Responsible for requirement analysis and creating high level and detailed level design and corresponding
documentation.
• I have worked on green field projects and as well as maintenance streams and achieved many milestones during
my career at Dubai Customs.
• My highlighted achievements include various cost-saving initiatives by building various common reusable in-
house modules and frameworks which helped us in reducing the time and increasing the productivity of the
development team. It has also enabled us to deliver the applications to the business with consistent design and
implementation.
• Presently, I have been involved in a cloud transformation initiative which includes transforming our traditional
monolith applications into modern microservices-based architecture and moving toward continuous integration
and deployment approach by adopting DevOps practices.
Worked as a Senior Java developer for projects related to DNRD (Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department).
Responsible for Requirement analysis, Design, Coding, Unit Testing, and modules assigned to me.
Responsible for preparing High level Architecture and Detail Design Documents
• On product side performed tasks like Code Refactoring, optimizing the performance of the system using profiling tools
and Code obfuscation
• Involved in giving training sessions to Business Analysts team that uses the product to build various requirement
engineering projects on it.
