Senior production Engineer
• Plan, manage, and oversee all elements of production in our factory
• Access and analyze current production methods
• Focal person for envelope sustainability foot print.
• Managing electrolysers replacement from UDHE Germany for HCU ( Hydro Chloric Acid Unit)
• Develop and draft an improved production process
• Design and implement cost-reductive changes
• Maximize productivity of machinery and workers
• Follow product specifications and quality control measures
• Determine which machines, tools, equipment, etc. will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility
• Determine how many workers are needed to man the production line
• Train, supervise, and manage production line workers
• Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality
• Develop and implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantees desired results
• Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
• Educate employees on proper methods in which to operate and engage with machinery
• Hire technicians to maintain equipment for maximum safety and efficiency
• Diagnose origin of breakdowns (including human error) and troubleshoot problems
• Work within set budgetary plans for the project
• Communicate with clients and vendors to obtain materials and/or equipment needed
• Follow and adhere to all state, federal and company enforced safety rules and regulations
Develops personnel in responding to events on site relating to utilities and raw materials. Simulates Drills with Plant Immediate Response Leaders to prepare personnel for an actual situation.
• Accountable for the resolution of a situation utilizing Site Integration Policies and Procedures.
• Generates detailed incident reports and participates in follow-up meetings.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of the Site Integration Policies and Procedures and Site Emergency Plans and Procedures.
• Assists site to proper response to meet feedstock allocations during off hours
• Record relevant site wide asset utilization incidents
• Ensures that the Site Integration Policies and Procedures are followed during planned and unplanned events.
• Collects and analyzes information to assess the situation.
• Ensures that events are tracked and documented in plant / department Operations Dashboard.
• Utilizes procedures and knowledge to develop action plans.
• Implement action plans while considering concerns of EH&S and ES&S guidelines and policies.
• Obtains additional resources if required during an event.
• Initiates actions to return the Site to normal state.
• Ensures that post event activities are completed.
• Ensures that Root Cause analysis / investigation are conducted as defined in the Site Integration RCI Trigger Criteria.
• Ensure that plants are meeting the production plan targets

•Actively providing technical definition for surface facilities and assisting in provides the associated cost estimates for field development and other project options being studied.
Independently providing technical support and information for the detailed conceptual studies undertaken by the team.
•Significantly assisting in the consolidation of other Divisions requirements, including development of operations and maintenance strategies in the formulation of the "Statement of Requirements" for related projects
•Involved in Analyzing and understanding all aspects governing operational activities and up to date knowledge of latest technological advancements, regulations/ guidelines and compliances in the industry
•Instrumental in planning, scheduling with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality compliance and manpower planning in line with the organization requirements; ensuring adherence to organization’s standards & procedures
•Adroitly implementing preventive maintenance practices to minimize downtime and losses; efficient in failure analysis while ensuring application of best maintenance practices
•Involved in problem identification, selection of appropriate technical solutions, materials, test equipment, and procedures, for the manufacture and production of safe, economical, high-performance products and services
•Driving efforts across adherence to stringent quality specifications as per the norms; including preparation/ maintenance of necessary documents to ensure compliance & customer requirements
•Developing and maintaining healthy and cooperative working environment within organization by assisting and coordinating with others time to time to ensure smooth flow of business operations
•Instrumental in identifying and implementing improvement Opportunities of each manufacturing process for continual improvement
•Ensuring adherence to functional policies, procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers
•Coordinating and following-up all field operational, maintenance and HSE activities to ensure adherence to procedures.
