I had joined "subway" as part time shift leader. Within a duration of six months i became "store manager". I have been managing the store oprations for about a year. My duties includes ordering the stock, inventory reconcilation, hiring and firing, customer services, developing sales analysis reports and leading a team of 10 memebers. Prior to this experiece i have three years of management experience in pakistan where i have been working as Asst. Manager in a textile company as i am a textile engineer. In that role i was resposible for production and maintenace department at rhe same time.
I had been working in textile manufacturing company for three years. My major duties were to lead the production team of about 100 members to achieve company's production and quality targets. I was the one to make strategies to achieve these objectives.
I have finished Maters in International Business from University of Greenwich (London) (2010-2011) Priror to that i had done Becholors in Textile Engineering from Pakistan and have got three years management experience in the same feild.
