• Maintain an induction program which reflects the basic requirement of the function.
• Maintain an up-to-date register of all health issues.
• Inspect or evaluate workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
• Recommend measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials
• Respond to emergency situations involving hazardous materials, fire and smoke incidents, or unknown hazards.
• Analyze accident and incident reports for trends and assist with preparation of final report and recommendations for correcting unsafe conditions and actions.
• Produce various documentation and presentations in an accurate manner as directed by H&S Manager.
• Maintain internal document management systems, registers, files and records.
• Conduct and assist Safety audits bi-annually

Daily site Inspections to detect and directs corrective measures for immediate implementation.
Conduct accident investigations to minimize recurrence and prepares an investigation report of these records.
Site safety induction of new employees, visitors & sub-contractors.
Issue violation for unsafe act.
Conduct Toolbox talk on daily basis
Conducts audits and monitors the safety performance of all construction operations.
In identifying and investigating elements of an accident: unsafe conditions and unsafe acts. Record injuries, fatalities and incidence rates.
Inspects work area, machinery, equipment and working conditions for compliance
Participating in weekly meeting with client and Sub-contractor.
