•Manage the over-all facility operational and maintenance activities including its physical management, safety and security, maintenance of the equipments.
•Determine the status of work, time required to complete the job, and report any changes to the management.
•Conduct analysis of processes, work operations, and organization structure to resolve issues.
•Identifying inter-dependability of the various processes in the assigned works and determining work priorities accordingly.
•Manage all activities related to energy management, planned maintenance and preventive and deferred maintenance programs.
•Plan, and schedule facility operation and maintenance and modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.
•Designed feasibility, evaluation and start-up plan for upgrading the L.T distribution. Using a dual approach in obtaining financials and completing operational preparations, provided client with a method to minimize lead-time while also reducing risk to investors.
•Management, organize and supervision of Maintenance Programs and preventive maintenance of mentioned units.
•Analysis of electrical & mechanical data , load curves and calculation of Availability , Reliability and Capacity Factors and efficient utilization of power plant equipments .
