Ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial accounting and reporting, including management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, Work with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit closing, Compliance with corporate accounting, tax and other statutory and corporate requirements. Act as a secretary of Executive Committee of the company responsible for product development and launching of funds.Act as a compliance officer to ensure reporting to the commission for status of compliance with the existing regulatory framework by the Non Banking Financial institution.
Looking at the opperational side of open ended funds under mangement. Finalizing Periodic Financial Statements of Funds as per requirement of international financial reporting standards and requirement of Non Banking Finance Regulation.
