Ensure detailed of job applications, and contracts etc. for newly joined staff in order to present a complete file.
Arrange personal files in the cabinets in systematic order to facilitate quick reference.
Carry out manual filing of original documents which are agreed to be retained in the file for reference.
Ensure all employee Document are upto date and completed.
Manage the leaver’s process and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure employees leave the company in a smooth manner.
Manage and regularly update Company Intranet page - Gateway for latest information, news, offers, policies, procedures etc.
Regularly update Company Employees through Email about offers and social events.
Respond to employee enquiries and requests in timely manner.
Support all departmental activities.
