Job Responsibilities
To provide full administrative support to the GRO/HR Department.
• Usually working on Citrix E-Application for update the ERP for GRO/HR dept.
• Update the Visa cancellation and maintain the records & transfer files to dept.
• Manage the contracts and labor information from E Netwasal Services U.A.E
• Typing an application, process for Visa renewal from Fawri software - MOL U.A.E, Preparing the NOC letter’s for the employees, registration for local employee in Retirement & Pension Fund. Labor Card updates, Visa, Passport Information and UID’s for GRO & HR Department.
• Companies contracts printing from MOL, E-Netwasel for further process.
• Update the Renewal labor card list from the MOL, E-Netwasel site and take the confirmation from HR.
• Working on Labor card renewal submission & Residents cancellation on Tasheel (MOL)
• Receiving and dispatching the inbound and outbound mails to the departments with using the Ms. Excel for Data Entry
• Handling all couriers inbound and outbound and deliver to departments, with using 4sightAMS Soft ware
Provision of Kitchen and Stationary items in our Culture departments.
Provision of marketing materials to different hotels in Abu Dhabi.
