• Reports to IT- Governance Manager. Responsible for all ISMS roles and managing all network and security project in Al Rostamani group of Companies and accountable for achieving and maintaining ISO certificate in IT Department.
• Plan, research and design robust security architectures for any IT project.
• Perform vulnerability testing, risk analyses and security assessments.
• Establishes and maintains a comprehensive information security program and monitors for compliance.
• Facilitates on-going reviews, testing, and updating of the information security program with a focus on compliance with the requirement of ISO 27001.
• Performs a comprehensive risk assessment to ensure that risks associated with the organization’s technology and e-commerce products are accurately identified, evaluated, documented, and that processes are in place to measure, monitor, and control risks where deemed appropriate.
• Reviews the security/audit settings within firewalls, network hosted devices, organization applications, and other monitoring systems to determine the appropriateness of the systems settings.
• Develops and maintains effective reporting of security violations and/or weaknesses and makes recommendations for the correction of unsatisfactory conditions, improvement in operations, and reduction in costs of maintaining information security.
• Document, review and enhance network topology and performance.
• Work and interact effectively with A-level executives and senior business managers.
• Establish IT security vision, strategic planning, governance, leading security team.
• Provide technical supervision for (and guidance to) a security team.
• Define, implement and maintain corporate security policies and procedures.
• Oversee security awareness programs and educational efforts.
• Provide a security awareness for all levels including C-Levels, GM-Levels and SM-Managers.
• Extensive knowledge of designing, developing, configuring and implementing enterprise networks in diverse environment.
• In-depth knowledge of network design and technical project management.
• Work effectively with colleagues and design teams.
• Work and interact effectively with A-level executives and senior business managers
• Design, configuration, and deployment of new network environment services and enhancements to include routing, switching, firewall, and Voice over IP.
• Ability to deliver presentations and convey design and technical strategies to multiple audiences.
• Design a complete Network security including ASA, FWSM and Application firewalls.
• Planning and documenting new product deployments and the associated network infrastructure changes.
• Document, review and enhance network topology and performance.
• Ensure standards and process compliance with network engineering standards and processes across multiple data centers and remote sites.
• Develops short and long range network design and architecture plans for many Data Center facilities.
• Design, configuration, and deployment of new network environment services and enhancements to include routing, switching, firewall, and Voice over IP.
• Provides technical support, direction, and supervision including the duties of interviewing, hiring, assigning and monitoring work, and conducting performance management.
• Insures projects and tasks are completed on time in order to meet the critical network and security needs of IT and all district locations.
• Develops configuration standards across all network equipment in order to ensure integrity of these systems and the services they provide.
• Establishes and maintains security policies, best practices and procedures project needs and goals.
• IT infrastructure plan, roadmap and budgeting.
• Brings major information technology issues before the Higher Managements, including policy proposals, new initiatives and strategic plans.
Configure Dell / IBM / HP Servers with Raid1 and Raid 5 configuration.
Provide complete LAN support and troubleshooting to Users including Email configuration, Domain joining, Printer installation, Software installation, PC hardware support etc.
Centralized 30 remote branches to Head Office by using DMVPN as Secondary and L2-VPN as Primary
Configure Latest IGP and EGP Protocol
Work on Different Series of CISCO Routers i.e ( 1800, 1700, 2800, 800, 3800 etc)
Hands on experience on CISCO L3 and L2 Switches.
Configured Switches in different modes like Trunking, VTP, Stacking etc.
Hands on experience on Cisco IP Telephony. Integrate 100 IP Phones with CISCO CCME.
Work on CISCO IP Phones (7911. 7941, 7961, 7931)
Complete troubleshooting of DSL Connectivity and DSL integration on CISCO Routers.
Hands on experince on CISCO PIX and ASA
Configure ASA with Active/Active Failover scenrio.
Microsoft ISA Server Configuration.
Create Network Diagrams / Detail traffic flow / Schedule configuration Backups of More than 50 branches of Al Rostamani Group.
