Key Result Area:
Spearheading 24/7 monitoring of 4800+ CCTV Cameras, 600 ACMS Doors, 65 Communication Room, 290 Servers and 2 Datacenters; analyzing and resolving complex technical issues pertaining to critical IT software deliverables; mentoring newly joined engineers about the project workflow and training them to manage day-to-day activities
Supervising manpower and segregation of duties along with authorization and implementation of control in the internal & external communication

o Configuring the Failover Cluster Management System for different applications like Microsoft SQL Servers, KABA Management System for access control and OmniCast Genetic Directory & Gateway Servers
o Upgrading the complete network system to scheduled backup for CISCO switches & servers on day-to-day basis
o Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, stacking and upgrading Cisco IOS for Cisco Series 4506, 3750x, 3750E and 2960x
Extending support for servers & client side (System and CCTV IP Cameras) and also dealing with the issues related to the CISCO Core (6509) Distribution (6509, 4506) and Access Layer (3750x, 3750E and 2960x) Switches Network
Administering the installation and configuration of:
o Cisco Switches according to the system requirement
o Win Server 2008 R2, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP and TFTP
o IBM Blade Chassis and Flex Blade Server x240
Significant Accomplishments:
Worked as a SPOC for configuring HP NNMi, SiteScope, switches, Genetec archiver Servers ensured that IT systems, applications, and communication equipment within the organisation were managed and maintained in accordance with documented processes, procedures, guidelines, and instructions
Managed multiple Data Centre disaster recovery exercises that addressed a broad span of disciplines (Windows, Network, Applications, Databases, Storage, )
Steered the design of security strategy in sphere of new networking fields; successfully completed training on HP NMS SiteScope and NNMi to maintain the NMS and later worked as NMS Administrator and updated the inventory
Engaged in IT Management and Network Administration for the corporate network of 125 users and 290+ servers in a 24-hour production environment while maintaining 90%+ uptime of network resources
Collaborated with network staff to ensure smooth and reliable operations of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes; led a team of 20 number of executive team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
