Core Responsibilities:
Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data
Record invoices and receipt in Oracle Receivables
Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization by sending bill reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts
Organizes and maintains up to date financial records
Provides monthly financial and management reports
Maintain an accurate aging report
Ensure correct coding of all customer invoices and payments in the ERP system
Minimize bad debt risk, maximize accounts receivable collections
Provide Vodafone Egypt SME (Small & Medium Enterprise) authorized with all required information related to the company products and services with delighting them with a superior customer service.
Applying FCR (First Call Resolution) concept for all customers inquires.
Supporting collection queue by handling collections inquires and bills explanation.
Explore the required negotiation skills for making payments deals when needed to achieve our BOTTOM LINE.
Adhere to Commercial Operations Department policies and procedures.
