Head feasibility investigation of proposed project in order to provide accurate budget forecasts, schedules, and high-level

Coordinated full scope of operational processes for various projects, including three governmental buildings and 74 electrical substations. Obtained work permits through liaison with General Engineering Consultancy, Project Management Consultancy, Internal Affairs Ministry, and Public Work Authority. Spearheaded preparation and delivery of two-weeks/one-month forecasts and resources estimation. Monitored performance of subcontractors to ensure accomplishment of outlined targets for each project phase. Undertook regular site inspections to safeguard and enforce consistent compliance with health, safety, and environment requirements.
