• Manage, upgrade & maintain college's main SIS (student information system) and database which includes ERP.
• Full responsibility on major systems and services to make sure the successful operation of the college.
• Training and supporting some team members and allocating them tasks and responsibilities.
• Data export, analytics, and reporting. Creating new Power BI dashboards, crystal reports.
• Manage, upgrade & maintain data canters, nodes, servers and systems.
• Backup of full systems, servers and restore, recovery and failover plans, and systems security measures.
• Helpdesk tickets, new systems and services implementations.
• Oversee the company’s entire IT infrastructure. Plan, execute, test and maintain new servers, workstations.
• End-user support, training and maintaining IT inventory and documentations.
• IT devices purchasing, IT budgeting and meeting with senior managers and higher management on reporting and status.
• Record, troubleshoot, escalated and followed-up with end-users regarding IT support matters.
• Installed and deployed workstations, tablets, cell phones and other IT technology to users.
• Network monitoring, troubleshooting. Firewall management and monitoring.
