• Lead prograrm/projects with cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new features, products, or systems
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Interacts with the business teams to gain an understanding of the business needs and technological requirements.

• Provide user with IT application training as required.
• Introduce extra functionality & systems that will enhance the overall performance of IT for Finance and CD functions.

• Oversees the development, testing, and implementation of the technical solution.
• Provide status updates to reporting manager in regular basis.
• Primary responsibilities include design and development of a rapid software prototyping system.

• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
• Development included the design of the Graphics User Interface.
• Developed and tested six PDA application using .net compact framework and Real Estate related desktop application.
• Writing and debugging code.
• Developed few modules of windows-based smart client solution that manages multiple medical practices from anywhere in the world.
