Responsibilities
• Daily monitoring, reporting, and timely execution of ongoing FTTH (Fibre to the Home) and GPON(OSP/ISP) projects.
• Responsible for coordination among all stakeholders involved in FTTH project execution and planning for timely delivery of project.
• Responsible for Fiber Plan creation & implementation from HLD till LLD and feasibility preparation for FTTH cases.
• Responsible for implementation of Quality standards of the company during the execution/deployment process.
• Responsible for vendor management of OSP/ISP deployments.

• Maintaining Store & Inventory like Modems, ONTs & STBs etc.
• Maintaining Data on Excel Sheets.
• Working on CRM, Maximo, SAP, BI Portal & Network Analyzer etc.
• Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Daily Fault Reports.
• Order Processing in case Dispatcher not available.
• Email Communication.
• Loading Inventory Data on SAP.
Responsibilities
• Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of DSL Routers & Smart TV.
• LAN, WLAN, WAN, IPTV, Computer Networking and Configuration.
• Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of ONT.
• Splicing, Pigtail & Extra Drop Fiber Dressing in Housing Box.
• Using VFL to check fiber continuity and find faults such as breaks, bad splices and tight, sharp bends in fiber optic cable
• Patching subscribers line at Multi-Service Access Gateway (MSAG).
• Testing of DP pair parameters with LQT meter.
• Checking the IR of DP pair before new Installation.
• Operation and maintenance duties related to the company transmission network.
• Ensuring the network stability.
• Interacting with customers, offering information about new products.
• Fulfill operations and organizational mission by completing relevant results as required.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Reading professional posts.
• Suggesting best practices and techniques, Recommending system improvements.
