Responsible to look after the Finance Department as Chief Financial Officer and reporting to the Managing Directors. Responsibilities include preparation of financial statements on monthly quarterly and annual basis, presentation to the Board of Directors. Preparation and supervision of annual budget of this government owned company. In addition, dealing with the Ministry of Finance, Government of Pakistan, relating to Financial affairs is also the responsibility. Dealing with the external auditor, Government auditors, Central Bank Auditors. Completion of implementation of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR). Additional charge of head of Information Techlnology Department of the Company. Supervision of System Diagnosis and Rectification. Improvement of Accounting and Financial reportinng System. Compliance with Securities and Exchange Requirements, Central Bank;s Requirement and IFRSs.
Head of Internal Audit, reporting to Board Audit Committee for Internal Audit as well as Compliance of laws of the land, IFRSs and Company's policies.
Head of Accounting Department responsible for Financial Statement of the Company including consolidated financial statements as per International Accounting Standards and Corporate Laws in Pakistan.
Head of Finance Department:
Responsibilities include preparation of financial statements for public limited company, supervision of taxation and corporate affairs, holding Board Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings as Company Secretary and Compliance with Code of Corporate Governance.
Head of Airline Revenue Department:
Supervision of finance department, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Accounts, MIS, Implementation of internal controls, monthly company performance analysis, printing of tickets, distribution, collection of proceeds, dealing with banks and governmental authorities
