• Create safety culture across entire business operation including production, maintenance, distribution, and logistics and warehousing.
• Supervise electrical/electronics matters during installation of any new equipment/machinery.
• Completed installation of fire alarm system and AHUs.
• Development of work plans for quality control, preventive maintenance, abnormal emergency situation handling.
• Develop programs and conduct QHSE trainings for plant staff, line supervisors and workers to enhance safe working culture.

• Responsible for the timely maintenance of Diesel Generators.
• Preparation of vendors input output ratio and follow-up final approval.
• To supervise all the operations regarding electronics during installation.
• Initiated documentation as per ISO 9000, 14001 and GMPs.
• Managed and mentor a team of 20 people to ensure optimum productivity.
• Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
• Orientation, training of technical staff to maintain safe and secure work environment developing personal growth opportunities.
• Development of SOPs.
• Monitoring and controlling of AHUs through BMS (Building Management System).
• Develop, establish and maintain the objectives and targets within the organization.
• Conduct trainings on Permit to Work (PTW), Awareness of SOPs, Risk Assessment, Behavior Based Safety (BBS), and Incident Investigation.
• Take & ensure all the third party contractors comply with company QHSE policy and comply while executing the job at the plant premises.
