 Managing and controlling of the following:
 Executions of all compensation and benefits policies to ensuring their financial soundness.
 Monthly payroll and off-cycle paying “Payroll errors, Rewards, Traveling expenses, Incentives, Profit share, Annual bonus, Tax settlements. ….” using SAP system and Excel.
 Employees loans and installments movement.
 Bank transfers.
 Medical and life insurance of all employees and their families,
 Preparing yearly HR and Admin budget using inputs of other units to ensure accurate budgeting process.
 Design different budgetary scenarios for planned HR and Admin related expenses and assess each one according to agreed guidelines by senior management.
 Monitor all HR & Admin related expenses and compare to budgeted ones.
 Preparing the monthly HR report and actual Vs budget report for all HR and Admin items to report on business updates, challenges and bottlenecks.

 Overseeing and controlling the preparation of Private Pay Sheets “Rewards, Deductions, Profit Share, Incentives and Overtime”.

 Prepare, design & Follow Up all employee’s database, including updates, omissions and edits.

 Follow-up and resolution of violations against the company from the Labor Office and Social Insurance Office
 Support & Feedback the bank by all employees account in every pay movement as Rewards, Deductions, Profit Share, Incentives & overtime.
 Issuing detailed monthly analysis report to the financial sector clarifying all Salaries & Loans bands and what has been paid from the central safe & the bank.
 Preparing Probation Periods evaluation sheets after the 1st three months from contacting & following up with each department manager, section heads & Supervisors in order to notice the announcement of Probation evaluation sheets before the end of three months by minimum 15 Day to all company new comers.
 Issuing HR Letters to all company employees & Responsible of maintaining and organizing employees file.
 Following up social insurance movements including but not limited; form 1, 2 & 6 + Solving any problems occurred and handling all labor offices problems, work injuries & following up any opening of new buildings licenses and governmental papers.
 Following Up Transfers, New Hires, Terminations, and Layoffs & Promotion Movements for all Company employees.
 Following up Continuous work system Shifts Rotation & Temp Labor Movements as Permissions, Vacations Credits, Sick Leaves, and Absenteeism & Penalties.
 Administering the medical and life insurance of all employees and their families.
