• Take lead and establish organization level policies, procedures and system to ensure:
• A safe workplace without risk to health
• Conduct incident investigations and prepare reports to find out the root cause.
• Perform incident and nature analysis
• Company - wide awareness of suitable and health and safety policies
• Safe offices and equipment, storage and use of articles and substances
• Proper and timely assessment of risks to health and safety, and
• Implementation of measures and arrangements identified as necessary from the assessments
• Provision of emergency procedures, first-aid facilities, safety signs, relevant

Lead Risk Assessment Workshops and activities.
Audits and Reviews.
Provision of expert advice on operational HSE risk management (PTW, SIMOPS, H2S, etc).
Shutdown HSE Management.
Strong planning, coordination and leadership skills.
Conduct the GAP Analysis to find out the GAPS for the development of HSE Management System for OGC
Development, implementation of HSE Management System in Orient Group of Companies.
