• Major duty includes Site Survey, Network Design, BOQ/BOM, Implementation/Deployment of new networks and troubleshooting activities of client network having SLA’s
• Leading the activities like Implementation and deployment of Routing, Switching, Wireless, Network Securities, Unified Communication and Cybersecurity solutions as well as providing the technical support to field engineering team
• Managing DEWA (Dubai Electric and Water Authority) MPLS/CCTV network
• Architecture designing of complex networks using the latest technology in all networking products portfolio.
• Complete technical sections for RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for assigned accounts
• Working with solution managers and account managers in order to develop the solution as per client requirements.
• Developing the solution/architecture proposal and/or presentation of recommended solutions
• Assist with technical scoping/review for Statement of Work (SOW) for potential customers
• Surveying Customer premises/ meeting with customer understand their current
technical environment, key business issues/drivers, and future technology
requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for large accounts, accountable for handling pre- and post-sales complaints and implementing viable resolution to issues
• Translating scope of work into configuration Items
• Preparing template configurations and applets for designed networks to be deployed
Communicating with CISCO TAC for different TAC cases, managing the RMA cases with Cisco
• Designing and lead all functional areas of LAN and WAN projects at both physical and logical layer
• Providing the technical support for complex network troubleshooting to different clients
• Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and support to complex hardware/software problems
• Developing and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the network
• Provide efficient technical assistance to client and assign resources for troubleshooting of client issues while ensuring adherence to specified SLA timeframe
• Coordinate Pre-Sales activities, such as conducting technical meetings with clients and catering their requirements
• Managing/facilitating technical trainings for corporate clients with major focus on deployed network infrastructure
• Managing projects as a project manager
• Managing the LAN network and resolving the company staff IT related issues
• Responsible for managing and maintaining organization’s Local Area Network (LAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) and support to customers for their Routing and Switching issues
• Troubleshoots network and communication problems related to Local Wired, Wireless, and Wide Area Networks
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
• support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy
