 Ensuring that assigned routes meet their respective targets.
 Evaluating the market potential of new business ideas.
 Conduct market research to determine market requirements.
 Analysis of current market conditions and competitor’s information.
 Development of products to suit various segments and markets.
 Developing implementation plans and launching the new products
 Develop pricing and inventory proposition.
 Developing regional marketing plans regarding schedule and capacity deployment in order to optimize seat factor.
 Developing and monitoring Agent/Employee incentive scheme to build better distribution channel.
 Monitoring stations’ monthly performance, identification of weak areas and suggest guidelines for making improvement.
 Pre/Post Flight analysis and plan strategies for achieving maximum seat factor and yield.
 Keeping record of industry, marketing, sales and pricing trends.
 Analyze and process stations’ request for discounts, COE/Extra sections.
 Unearth competitor activities, strategies and their route structure and suggest strategies for effectively combating the competition.
 Auditing service quality levels and proposes operational changes where necessary.
 Work in coordination with Revenue Management to ensure smooth functioning at the station.
