As a Human Resources Executive I am involved in multitasking through actively participating in HR Department. Assisted in the implementation Process of new HR SYSTEM in the group.
• Assist the HR Manager on delivering HR Business Plans.
• Employees first point of contact for any concern, clarification, grievances that will be addressed to the HR Manager.
• Coordinate development and maintain job descriptions for all employees.
• Maintain hard and soft copy of HR files for all employees.
• Draft HR reports by assembling, preparing and analyzing data.
• Liaise with PRO on all aspects of visa requirements.
• Assist HR manager in ensuring compliance with employment requirements as per Labor Laws.
• Perform other HR related tasks that may be assigned.
• WEB HR queries like Salary Certificate Issuance
• Assisted with the PRO for the Employees related issues on daily basis
• Co-ordinates clearing and forwarding of all imports for the company.
• Performs costing of all import shipments for goods in transit in the consignment data base.
• Liaises with Finance Department for opening Letters of Credit, transfers, and Bank Delivery Order for shipment covered by L/C.
• Co-ordinates for inspection and necessary survey in case shipments arrive in open/torn/wet/damaged condition.
• Attends inspection of damaged goods during transit at airport/seaport along with the Insurance Company’s representative.
• Files Insurance claims and follows up for payments/credit note with the insurance company.
• Items Creation to PO entry in Data Base system of the company.
• Petty cash management.
• All department memos preparation.
• Overtime Management.
• Prepare Reports of Damage insurance and Canalization on group level.
• Maintain trip sheets for cargos for group imports.
• Prepare Reports for department year end consumption of pantry stationary and patrol.
• Employees first point of contact for any concern, clarification, grievances that will be addressed to the Logistics.
• Assist the Logistics Manager on performing warehouse activities
• Planning department stationary and Pantry Items.
• Company VIP Patrol payments.
• Company vehicle fines.
• Petty cash management.
• All department memos preparation.
• Overtime Management.
• Prepare Reports of Damage insurance and Canalization on group level.
• Maintain trip sheets for cargos for group imports.
• Prepare Reports for department year end consumption of pantry stationary and patrol.

• Perform other HR related tasks that may be assigned.
• Oracle Payroll on Monthly basis for the whole group
• Excellent communication skills and developed good relationships with Employees
