Working as Sales and Services Manager at CDE which provides services to the O&G fields, Refineries, Power Plants, Textile industries, Food industries, Pulp & Paper industries, process industries & WTPs. Our services included Hach laboratory reagents/equipments supplies and support, Injecta dosing pumps supplies and support, UNICOH specialty Chemicals supply and support to the customers.
My responsibilities includes preparing Tenders, RFQs, POs, deliveries, Site service/support provision to solve the customer issues related to our products of Hach/Injecta/UNICOH. More-over to visit the O&G fields for first chemical commencement (including corrosion inhibitors, demulsifiers, scale inhibitos, H2S scavangers etc), adjusting the dosing rates as per production demand & dosing system availability. Followed by routine site visits to check the chemical performance and evaluating the impacts on the facilities.

Well Knowledge of OH&S risks / hazards, environmental Impacts, legislative aspect /impacts related to work activities.
Inspection of Plant Treatment Systems on a daily basis to ensure effective operations.
Monitor and take measures to maintain the system chemistry of water systems including Boiler chemistry within the prescribed Limits
Analyze raw water, Waste water, water treatment plant output according to applicable standards.
To maintain chemistry of waste water, boiler water and Water treatment plant, Cooling Tower and close cooling system according to the standards and as required by the regulatory authorities.
Operate the water treatment plant whenever required (production / regeneration)
Manage inventory of all type of chemicals used at plant site.
Play a part in CEL Erection and Commissioning.
Preparation of Standard operating procedure for laboratory
Manage boiler cleaning process
Preparation chemical reagents and solution for laboratory testing.
Complies with information provided on Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all products. Handles and stores items properly.
Observes and adheres to proper tag out and lockout of plant equipment and systems in accordance with clearance procedures, policies, and practices.
Manage unloading of all chemicals supplied by the vendors.
To manage all the plant hazardous chemical waste in accordance with plant EHS policy.

• Performing Coal analysis, ash, moisture, Volatile Matter, fixed carbon and Calorific Value.
• Maintain personal protection device (chemical suits, respirators etc)
• Manage unloading of all chemicals supplied by the vendors.
• To manage all the plant hazardous chemical waste in accordance with plant EHS policy
Bring technical support to RO team and Carbonated soft drink
• Involved in commissioning and starting of operations of the RO plant
Ensure compliance of flow & quality.
• Analyze any technical issues raised by the operations units, propose solutions and follow their implementation.
• Design, follow up and analyze tests for improvement of the process
• Coordinate actions with Reverse Osmosis operation team, laboratory and other sections of technical support department in particular with Network section for hydraulic or metering issues.
