• Application to simplify and control the petty expense purchase requests and creation of auto PO and invoice back in Oracle Financials based on approved requests
• Project cost forecast application to simplify forecast generation process, integrated to Oracle Projects, HCM and other custom applications
• WorkPack application based on ASP.Net to monitor/control the activities and report progress/productivity in Fabrication yard which is integrated with Oracle SCM, HCM and Projects
• Process improvements related to inventory planning and auto generation of material requisitions and purchase orders based on inventory levels
• Interactive live dashboard application based on ASP.Net and Qlik sense, fully integrated to ERP and custom application to provide single reporting platform to executive management.
• Application for generation of final accounts for management reporting using ASP.Net integrated to Oracle Financials for live data feeds
Worked on integration of pipe shop fabrication software by 3R solutions Germany with Oracle SCM for pipe shop of Lamprell.
Worked on process design project for the newly established fabrication business “International Maritime Industries (IMI)” in Saudi, a joint venture between ARAMCO, Lamprell, Hyundai Heavy industries and Bahri. IFS is the solution selected for IMI.
Participated in evaluation of different solutions for production control system for Lamprell which includes review of systems offered by Siemens, AVEVA, IFS and Omega systems.
Provide support to Six Sigma team for designing and delivering solutions for business optimization initiatives using Oracle and ASP.Net platform
Completed Six Sigma yellow belt training.
