• Check and Review ITP, MITP, WIR, MIR, RFI, MOS, IFC, Shop drawings and material submittals and As Built Drawings for
electrical layouts ( Transformers, switchgear, ATS, Gensets, VFDs, Single line diagram, soft starters, power cables, pump
motors, Street lighting, Earthing and lightning, power system, Control & Instruments, BMS, IP CCTV, IP Access Control,
Road Blocker, Parking system, HCIS Fence class 1, 2, 3 &4, Fire Alarm system, Fire Fighting, SCADA, data and telephone,
MATV, CS Pipeline, Cathode Protection, Reservoir Tanks 45000 𝑚3 and Riser diagrams).
• To ensure project quality to issue NCR & QOR.
• Design and review electrical power distribution systems, motor control centers (MCC), and substations, infrastructure,
pipelines, pumping stations, treatment plants, and industrial facilities.
• Installation, testing and commissioning electrical equipment such as MV/LV switchgear, transformers, ATS, Gensets,
VFDs, soft starters, power cables, pump motors, Street lighting, Earthing and lightning, power system, Instruments, BMS,
IP CCTV, Fire Alarm system, SCADA, data and telephone MATV, CS Pipeline, Cathode Protection, Reservoir Tanks
45000 𝑚3, and associated protection systems
• Work in close coordination with the Lead Designer and/or Design Director and others, lead and direct the efficient,
professional analysis, synthesis, and recommendation of conceptual design alternatives to establish, communicate and
sell the design vision for landscape architectural design projects.
• Supervise the preparation, design and presentation of high-quality urban design concept drawings and reports.
• Supervise the preparation of technical design packages through tender and monitor construction quality.
• Provide high level liaison with Clients and Clients representatives.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of design review deliverables in accordance with the agreed schedule and plan
• Participatein technical reviews and progress reporting and liaise with internal clients. Provide update reports to the Design
Review Manager or project manager and clients when requested
• Communicate and liaise with all project personnel in a professional manner.
• Adhere to Design review principles in terms of Quality, ensuring personal responsibility of design outputs as
being properly checked and in line with the design brief and quality standards.
• Review and recommend approval as required to the Project design standards proposals to be used by the
Contractors for compliance with the contract.
• Assist in the preparation of responses to all design related requests for clarification sent by the Contractor.

• Site Assessment for all On - Site Electrical Works
• Check and Review Shop drawings and material submittals and As Built Drawings for electrical layouts (Street lighting,
Earthing and lightning, power socket, HCIS IP Access Control, IP CCTV, Road blocker, Road Barriers, Fence class 1, 2, 3&4,
Parking system, Fire Alarm system, Duct bank cable route, BMS, data and telephone MATV, Single line diagrams).
• Work in close coordination with the Lead Designer and/or Design Director and others, lead and direct the efficient,
professional analysis, synthesis, and recommendation of conceptual design alternatives to establish, communicate and
sell the design vision for landscape architectural design projects.
• Supervise the preparation, design and presentation of high-quality urban design concept drawings and reports.
• Supervise the preparation of technical design packages through tender and monitor construction quality.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Discipline Leads, internal and external team members including master planners,
architects, urban designers, specialist designers, all engineering disciplines and quantity surveyors.
• Plan, program and delegate within the team structure and participate in workflow reporting and planning.
• Provide high level liaison with Clients and Clients representatives.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of design review deliverables in accordance with the agreed schedule and plan
• Participate in technical reviews and progress reporting and liaise with internal clients.
Provide update reports to the Design Review Manager or project manager and clients when requested
• Ensure Design Review deliverables are coordinated and the timely submission of submittals, deliverables, reviews, and
approvals against contract requirements.
• Report to the Project, designated leader advice on any deviations from the same.
• Communicate and liaise with all project personnel in a professional manner.
• Adhere to Design review principles in terms of Quality, ensuring personal responsibility of design outputs as
being properly checked and in line with the design brief and quality standards.
• Review and recommend approval as required to the Project design standards proposals to be used by the
Contractors for compliance with the contract.
• Assist in the preparation of responses to all design related requests for clarification sent by the Contractor.
• Check and review the construction drawings provided (IFC drawings) and raise comments if there are issues
such as conflicts with other engineering disciplines and non-compliance to the provisions of engineering/
design specifications and standards and inform the contractor for proper coordination with the designer for
further review to affect the necessary revisions and approval.
• Conduct actual site inspections to check the completeness and appropriateness of the electrical installations
done by the contractor as per submitted RFIs, ITPs, MS and ensure that all works were done in accordance
with the approved (IFC) construction drawings.
• Supervision of all electrical installations, modification and commissioning.
• Keeping record of consumed and required material and prepared BOQ.
• Management of staff working, proper use of various types of electrical equipment and PPE, daily progress and
other reports required by management staff.
• Prepare work permit based on the job schedule, job plans, allocate work and conduct toolbox talk meetings to
ensure understanding of the daily work tasks.
• Testing and commissioning of all electrical systems (Access control System, Low voltage, Low Current, Fire
Alarms, CCTV, Road blocker, Barriers, Fence and Sliding Gate systems).

Knowledge of these Systems

• Manage working staff, proper use of various types of electrical equipment and PPE, daily progress and other
reports required by management staff.
• In case of break down / power failure in any of the electrical network/equipments or emergencies to lead the team
of technician crew for trouble shooting and rectification of fault or provide necessary assistance with minimum
downtime.
• Observe all Electrical Installation and commissioning. And ensure smooth functioning of the various electrical
systems.
• Power cables lying in trenches, duct banks, manholes and their jointing, termination according to the approved
schedule.
• Prepare work permit based on the job schedule, job plans, allocate work and conduct toolbox talk meetings to
ensure understanding of the daily work tasks.
• Lay cable, Test & commission MV and LV Power cables.
• Install, pre-commission, test and commission generators and ATS panels.
• Good knowledge in the electromechanical system such as (power generators, chilled water system, AHUs, FCUs
and CRAC units).
• Test and commission all electrical systems (Medium voltage, Low voltage, Fire Alarms, CCTV and building
management systems).
• Familiar with earthling system and street lighting system.
• Schematic diagram, shop drawing, As-built drawings and prepare BOQ.
• Supervise the team to work on the assigned responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and
organizational abilities.
• Capable of writing memos, letters and presenting all site details in professional manner.
