Procurement (Raw Materials (Cotton & Yarn) , Chemical & Dyes, Fabrics, Yarn, Steels and alloys, Machineries and it Parts, Spares, General Supplies etc. ), Material Management of All over Pakistan warehouses, Purchase arrangements of 24 hours Running Plant, Raw Material (Commodity Based ) Purchase Decision based on Fluctuation in Markets and Taxes .Sourcing of Key Products (Commodities from all over World specially China, Indonesia, Bangladesh, UAE, Germany etc. ).

1. Procurements of spends 12B PKR (130MUSD).
2. Sourcing and Import of 40M USD (China, Bangladesh, Indonesia, UAE, Germany etc.)
3. Shared responsibilities of P&L (KRA: Stock in trade, Purchase Cost and savings)
4. Responsible for dealing and Management of suppliers networks (in Pakistan = 400+ Vendors and 35 Vendors outside Pakistan)
5. TCO of all Group Procurement of any activities.
6. Member of Executive team of Group
7. Member of Project steering Committee of all group expansion
Achievements:
1. Develop a Sourcing networks to maintain every supplies alternatives supplier.
2. in 1.5 Yrs. saved 1% of TCO (1.3M USD without Decrease Inventory turns ratio of Group).

1. as a responsible of $340 Millions /Annum sales Value Supply Chain Networks heading the following Teams:
a) Procurement & Sourcing -(Direct raw materials + Indirect Material) (Spends: 200 MUSD)
b) Central Planning (Demand & Supply Planning)
c) Materials Management
d) Logistics and shipping Management.
2. Responsible for Dealing 500+ Vendors and 2000+ SKU’S from raw materials to shipment To Customers.

5. Responsible for S&OP Process both Retail and Manufacturing \[FC Generation, Demand reviews, supply reviews, Pre S&OP and S&OP\].
6. Generate sales Plan, Inventory Plan of Different Sections.
