 I have more than 11 years experience (since 2004 to dated) in managing building maintenance works as Manager Technical, specifically spearheading an entity i.e. Efficient Technical Strategies (ETS) since 2010 as entrepreneur:
 Administrating day to day operations of ETS & communication / meetings with representative of different organizations (Oil & Gas Companies, US-AID, DFID, NGOs, Multinational Companies, Misc. Offices & Expatriates Residences), Monitoring & Handling of Technical issues e.g. Electrical, Electronics, Plumbing, Generators, UPS, HVAC, CCTV, Construction, Renovation etc by Pursuing the HSE Rules.
 Managing the correspondence related to Purchase Orders / Work Orders, Procurements, Work Accomplish Report, Invoice Generating etc.
 Compilation of expenditure record according to site / project, salaries, overtime of staff and revenue records.
 Maintenance of Leave Records (with pay / without pay), Sanction of Advances, Attendance (incoming / outgoing) Records, Coordination with Clients, Performance Evaluation of Employees, Rewards / Penalty Criteria Developments and Assigning Priority according to the nature of works to be performed.

Main duties were maintaining the Attendance / Leave Record of Employees, Computer Operator, Stock Taking of Stores, Filing in Respect of their Relevant Matters also Worked as P.A. of Group Major.

➢ Worked as LDC in office of the CENTRAL MECHANICAL TRANSPORTATION & STORE DEPOT, Golra Mor, Rawalpindi from Apr 2004 to Feb 2006. Main duties are Maintaining the Attendance Record of Employees, Maintaining the Incoming & Outgoing Letters Record, Computer Operating, Book Keeping and Proper Filing in Respect of their Relevant Cases also Worked as P.A. of Group Major.


➢ Worked as ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT / OFFICE ASSISTANT in PAK FILTERING

SYSTEM & ENGINEERING WORKS, Islamabad from Aug 2001 to Apr 2004. Main duties are Maintaining the Procurement & Sales Record of Appliance, Income / Expenditure Statement & Bank Record.

COOPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY, Islamabad from Oct 1999 to May 2000. Main duties are Data Entry, Preparation of Periodical Presentation & Correspondence.


➢ Worked as SERVICE ENGINEER in PAK FILTERING SYSTEM & ENGINEERING

WORKS, Islamabad from May 1998 to Sep 1999. Main duties are Supervising Electrical Work, Plumbing Work, Air Conditioning Work, Water Filtering Work and Other Allied Maintenance Works.
