To arrange / watch / monitor complete movement of vehicles and containers.
Direct dealing with shipping line, freight forwarders regarding rate filling and container booking.
To prepare complete MIS regarding movement of vehicles under loading and in-transit.
To follow with Transporters and their concerned staff for arrangement and safety reaching at loading ports.
To prepare and update MIS regarding hold / release / load on vessel for sailing.
Responsible to assist seniors for maintain documents.
Daily updating of shipment status from load port till final destination.
1) Getting rate approval of EPIC service from Principle kept their proper record.
2) B/L checking and signing.
3) Booking of my regular shippers & Freight Farwarders on EPIC & ASIP Service.
4) Lock vessel manifest of Faisalabad, Multan, Sailkot and Lahore Branch because Faisalabd office signing their BL.
Prepare books of account of Faisalabad Branch, dealing with related banks like Standard Charterd Bank, Railway Road, Faisalabad, Pakistan.
Outstanding recovery / payment to creditors like Shipping Companies, Bounded Carrier etc.
Due to limited scope of promotion resign in 2004 and change field accounts to Customer Service.
