• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office.
• Typing documents and distributing memos.

This involves heavy calling during my shifts at the office. In addition to calling, I also email clientele. This calls for me to employ interpersonal skills to communicate with clients effectively. The office also gives me the responsibility of publicizing events via Facebook. I also represent Afghan Zaiqa on trade shows and give presentations about its products to customers.
In my current position as representative and Brand manager of Afghan Zaiqa, my primary goal is to promote its products . I do various promotion campaigns such as putting posters up, and maintaining a webpage and Facebook page. I hold weekly workshops and demo tables, promoting digital arts and providing customer with personal assistance.
i use to plan the marketing complains, and execute them. i was responsible for selecting right tool for advertisement and guide our clients that which is the most appropriated tool for them. on trade shows and event i act as the representative of my company and make briefings about it.
i was involve in various activities, like record keening, inward and out ward clearing and remittance services.
