Coordinate and supervise the work of all MEP activities includes construction and maintenance.
* Ensures all projects MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting& Fire Alarm systems and services documentation are
complete; with as built records and statistics are maintained for administration and regulatory purposes.
* Obtain client approval on systems and installations.
* Preparing Design, Drawing, Estimation and work schedule for all emergency works.
* Monitors progress of work (Maintenance/Construction) and Carry out random checks on site to ensure
adequate quality control are maintained.
* Coordinate and report to the Project Manager regarding the status of every project.
* Preparation of BOQ and Estimation, Drawing review
Proper coordination with engineers that include structural, Architectural and other subcontractors
(mechanical-HVAC, plumbing and fire protection, electrical contractor) involved in the project.
* Monitors progress of work (design/Construction) and resolve obstacles to ensure completion on time.
Carry out random checks on site to ensure adequate quality control is maintained.
* Analyze and evaluates BOQ prior to project implementation and evaluates contractor ‘s billing.
* Check shop drawing against the design intent before implementation prepared by sub contractor’s
engineers.
