•Reporting of the organization as well as for projects
•Assistance of periodic financial reports and Budgeted vs Actual, Funds Reconciliation Reports and generation of any other reports as required by the management
•Designing and suggesting systematized reporting formats for the organization
•Ensuring internal controls in line with the organizational policies
•Monitoring of provincial offices in nation wide
•Supports & coordinate with all staff members in their effort to comply with Haier policies, procurement & administrative procedures and accounting controls
•Prepares budgets/Costing for Department, monitor, review, and revise as required in coordination with program/support coordinators.
•Maintain nationwide stock from HO to all over Pakistan through WMS system
•Update the Party wise ledgers, working on Aging.
•Prepare monthly sale and recovery report.
•Maintenance of the Organization`s Accounts, Book Keeping & Preparing Quarterly and Annual Financial Reports of the organization
•Ensuring internal controls in line with the organizational policies
•Financial Monitoring of provincial offices Lahore and field centers at district level to ensure flow of work as per Organization’s objectives
•Facilitating and responding the observations of Monthly & Quarterly Financial Reviews by donors, Internal & External Audits
•Facilitated Annual External Organizational Audits etc. conducted by Ahmed Musher & Co. for the financial years ended 2008, 2009 & 2010.
•Liaison with Banks and others regarding financial matters of the organization
•Performed accounts payable/receivables functions.
•Assists’ in financial departments with responsibility for Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable.
