● Helped country manager securing contracts with various clients by critical analysis of agreed pricing structure and costs efficiencies.
● Liaised with legal advisors for converting e-commerce division to a new company and prepared related financial feasibility.

Worked as a Head of Internal Audit with one of the famous Binzagr group companies with combined turnover of 500m SAR (I.e., 133m USD). Key
highlights of the job included:
● Risk management, led various fraud investigation audits, identified malpractices and re devised internal controls to minimize risk of misappropriations.
● Advisory services to Board of Directors in devising risk mitigation policies across the Company.
● Prepared internal audit reports, action plans and presentation to audit committee.
● Helped automating daily labor hours (recorded at projects) with centralized head-office system with a view to reduce project over runs.
● Implemented concept of off-site monitoring reports in coordination with IT
department to identify abnormal variations (e.g., excess wastage, abnormal
adjustments in financial module, inventory and for monitoring of camps' occupancy ratios).

A leading local and export based pharmaceutical manufacturing group in Pakistan comprised of five companies (famous for toll manufacturing for L`Oréal products) with combined turnover exceeding PKR 4 billion (approx. 24million USD).

Worked as a group manager Internal Audit of the group while supervising a team of 12 team members at head office and factories across country:
● Assisted in Integration of standalone subsidiary modules with financial module (Sidat Financials). Sale module; Demand Planning; Material Resource Planning; procurement; Manufacturing and Finished Goods Store.
● Assessed and successfully proposed capacity utilization, downtime and auxiliary efficiency reports for manufacturing plants which were
subsequently implemented and helped in utilizing maximum potential for output.
● Assisted in automation of manual yields calculation of products for monitoring and assessment of normal and abnormal variations / losses.

UG Foods, Ulker is famous for production and sale of biscuits and layered cakes with famous brand names of Peki and Dancake.

Major tasks and achievement included: a) standard costs computations and presentations during
NPD meetings. Monitoring costs of raw materials and finished products to control costs over runs during batch wise production; b) weekly, monthly
management reports and other analytical reports including preparation of product wise, distributor wise profits / margins etc. for profitability analysis and reporting to Ulker Turkey region.

Key responsibilities during my association with PWC included preparation of audit plan and strategies in context of applicable financial reporting framework,
International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), and other industry specific reporting requirements. I was associated with ABAS (Assurance and Business Advisory Services) and conducted and supervised various audit and advisory engagements for national and multinational companies.
