• Supervision of operational activities and real time remote monitoring to ensure power reliability of multiple power plants.
• Responsible for energy optimization to improve efficiency and load forecasting by analyzing data of micro-grid systems, also upgrading plant configuration as per energy consumption requirement.
• Overseeing solar production by comparing actual data with simulated data through PVsyst. Responsible for project technical documentations, and procedures complying with local authorities. Supervised implementation, testing, and commissioning of solar-battery-diesel hybrid system solar-battery-diesel hybrid system.
• Supervised assembly and installation of energy meters, data loggers, sensors, and other communication devices for remote monitoring of plant.
Projects:
• Testing and commissioning of 5MW solar-diesel hybrid power with more than 25% solar penetration on a crusher plant in Fujairah.
• Led team in successful implementation of the largest solar carpark with 540 kWp of solar on top of 180 carparks, connected to MV micro-grid on a construction site in Dubai.
• Successfully deployment of 8.61 MWh Tesla Power Pack Installation on DEWA facility.
• Successfully deployment of 200 KWh Tesla Power Pack with 300kWp solar Installation on industrial facility.
• Responsible for site evaluation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Responsible for MEP system installations as per approved drawing, testing, and commissioning complying with local regularity authorities.
• Supervised different kind of operational, maintenance and repair of LV switchgears, pumping stations, lifting equipment (EOT cranes, window cradle, electrical hoist, and elevators) as per compiled check sheets and record data daily basis.
Projects:
• Led team in operation and maintenance activities of Dubai fountain pumping stations for three consecutive years.
• Comprehensive maintenance and overhauling of Power Plant, EOT and Lifting Equipment in Khartoum Refinery Company Sudan.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of ATS & MTS feeder panel at Dubai mall site.
Job Responsibilities:
• Networks with other engineers on site and within the business to leverage knowledge on plant operations. Example: Maximize Production, Improvement, Site Optimization, Safety etc.
• Responsible for the Electrical load management of WAPDA and Generators (power House).
• Prepare and supervise critical operational activities: start-up, shutdown, and provide technical support to the Shift Supervisors throughout these activities. Record, production posting and update on daily basis
• Monitor field inspections, or sub-metering to collect data for energy conservation analyses Monitor and analyze energy consumption.
• Identify energy savings opportunities and make recommendations to achieve more energy efficient operation.
• Inspection of all operating machineries to ensure proper operation within expected tolerances.
• Operation and maintenance of Distributed control systems .PLC’s and machine communications.
• Responsible for PPM of the stitching &dyeing machinery and calibration if found faulty
• Complete electrical maintenance of soft winding, hard winding, assembly winder and TFO machines and their trouble shooting.
Job Responsibilities:
• Design & installation of electrical, control & instruments as per requirement.
• Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Troubleshooting and installations of SMDB, MCC Panels, Solar Panels, switch gears, LT & HT panels, UPS, and other utilities.
• AUTO CAD Electrical schematics, wiring diagram and preparation of electrical layouts.
• Commissioning of Caterpillar Genset (1 MW Power Plant) with complete safety and Control system at Coca Cola Beverage Lahore.
• Assemble, align, and to ensure proper installation.
• Manage major overhauling of Caterpillar Generator.
