Working as Lead Engineer-Utilities on “THE ROYAL ATLANTIS RESORT AND RESIDNECES” and responsible for reviewing the shop drawings related to Storm Water Drainage, Foul Sewerage/Wastewater, Water Supply, Fire Fighting and Irrigation Systems. My scope of services includes the following.

• Review contractors shop drawings, technical queries and technical submittals to ensure compliance with design documents.
• Provide guidance and ensure engineering quality design and compliance with client requirements, local design guidelines, local codes, international codes and international standards of independent engineering firms that are carrying out the detailed engineering design.
• Coordinate and visit site as required, to resolve problems, interpret drawings & documents, and provide technical support during construction phase.
• Act as technical advisor and ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with specifications.
• Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners and quantity surveyors involved in the project.
• Liaise with the authority to ensure compliance with construction regulations and by laws.
