A• Preparation of Annual Budget of the company.
• Preparation of Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet of the Company.
• Preparation of monthly payroll summary of the company.
• To prepare monthly sales invoice of the company
• Pre-Audit the pay bills of employees.
• Provide the date for actuarial Valuation Scheme to the Auditors at the end of year i.e. Pension scheme, post retirement free electricity, post retirement medical benefit, Leave encashment, Leave encashment in lieu of LPR.
• To reconcile Bank Balances & Inter Office Transactions (IOT).
• To assist the internal & external auditors of the company for conduct Audit Program.
• To reconcile Receivable/Payable Balances with all subsidiary companies of WAPDA.
• To prepare Expenses statement of the company at the end of every month.
• To clear all suspense Balances of Employees, Debtors & Creditors keeping in view the age analysis.
• To account for all provisions, Accruals & Adjusting entries at the end of each month in Ledger.
• To prepare the Tax statements of Employees and submit in the O/O Income Tax.
• To review Income Tax & withholding Tax of the company drafted by Income Tax Consultant.
• To maintain the General Ledger and Subsidiary ledgers for T.A, Temporary Advances, Plot Advance, House Building Advance, Motorcycle Advance and G.P.Fund Advances.
• Preparation of Financial Statements, review and analysis of the company.
• To assist Finance Director of the Company for doing different jobs of the company.
