MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for planning ways and means to achieve maximum sales in cluster through 6 ZMs, 41 BDOs, 3 QR BDOs and 9 BAs.
• Managing sales force of 59 people and 1 resource detained at operations work for North-3.
• KPIs management.
• Team Development.
• Ensure merchandising, display and availability of products in the market through sales & trade marketing teams within assigned budgets.
• Ensure implementation accordance of ATL activities by the company in the markets and competitor’s feedback.
• Plan BTL activities through allocated budgets and proper execution through sales teams within assigned territories.
• Managing Kissan Card Agri project with Govt of KPK(Pakistan) to mobilize farmers for our co-branded product of ATM-KC for disbursement of govt subsidy.
• To enhance retail universe to improve profitability and business portfolio according to the market potential of financial services.
• A new project is going with Army organizations SCO, in GB and AJK, where both retailer universe will be consolidated like a one unit to enhance the market potential.
• Manage ANMs/distribution houses expansion plans in different areas.
• Co-ordination with Finance, Technical, brand & trade marketing teams, data warehousing and IT departments.
• Ensuring college Implementation of company policies and strategies.
• Responsible to establish systems/methods for improving the effectiveness of the total quality management system in whole cluster.

SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS & ACHIEVEMENTS
• One Billion mark has achieved of Easypaisa Throughput in my M&K Belt in a single month Sep-20.
• Biggest belt of GSM in Telenor North-1 is currently handling with 200 Millions recharge business and 230Millions business of TOPUP. (Growth factor 14% in recharge and 8 % in TOPUP over last year)
• 400Millions of 900 Millions of FS Throughput has been shifted to UBL self service, which is highest shift of business nationwide.
• Massive level growth of 30% in Zong Recharge business from 70millions to 100Millions in last year 2019.
• Highest active Zong MNP BVS retailers(55%) achievement award in North-1.
• ZONG Winner of 1st & 3rd Quarter of North and runner up in 4th Quarter in 2019.
• Successful launch of JazzCash in Jhelum & AJK area.
• Ist Area Manager was in JAZZ who hit 10 millions barrier Nationwide in first quarter of MFS Launch in 2013.
• Heading the team development of MFS & SDS in Jhelum Region in 2013.
• Forming of MFS Retailers club in Jhelum & Mirpur MBU for increasing the MFS share in all assigned market.
• Developed special incentive plans for Club’s Members in area.
• Core assignments to develop the relationship and arranged retailer session for club & non-Club members.
• Winner of 3 Quarters Awards consecutively in Region North-3 of 2016 as a “TOP Performer”.
• “Top Performer” award in 1st Quarter of 2017, 3rd Q-17, 1st Q-18.
• “Runner-Up” award in 4th Quarter of 2017, 2nd Q-18, 3rd Q-18.

Sales
• Concentrate on revenue growth from 3G, 4G sales including handset sales by deploying new smartphone shops and enhance the quality of existing retailers/ smartphone shops
• To ensure quality of gross adds, 3G/4G gross adds
• To ensure Channel Expansion (SIM Selling, ZL, VAS, MNP, MBB, ECATs, Postpaid) by identification of high potential areas within the grid
• Ensure that timely purchase orders are placed by Franchises to ensure availability of stock at all times

Customer Services
• Handle end to end Complaint Management, CSI Monitoring, Quality Assurance and customer experience management at franchise
• Visibility: Coordinate for trade marketing activities regarding Brand Visibility, BTL activities, trade promotions, Market Splash, Company Product visibility, channel awareness, business development and special events in the territory


Planning

• Identify un-tapped areas in the assigned territory and guide teams to increase retail penetration. Guide BDOs in planning sales routes
• Prepare and submit sales forecast for Sims, scratch cards, Mini load & Recharge on daily / weekly / monthly / basis for effective sales planning
• Plan with Regional Sales Head localized sales promos in areas of low sales performance and low network utilization


Team Management & Supervision

• Ensure that staff and retailers are fully trained and equipped with company product knowledge
• To make periodic visits to the market and ensure stock availability in the entire territory
• To ensure that the channel partners stay abreast with all the developments in terms of SOP’s, discipline, Targets and Trade Promotions


Merchandising

• Responsible for availability of POS material at the outlets


Business Development
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Channel teams regarding BTL activities, trade promotions, business development and special events in the grid


Collaboration with Technical Team
• Close collaboration with technology team in region for optimum utilization of network resources such as OPEX, Sites Availability, LTE High Utilization & 3G/4G Accessibility.
